Heavy Dinkers Round Robin Information

· Heavy Dinkers PBC Round Robins start on Monday, May 1.  (The courts are not available on Monday, May 22) 

· Invitations will be sent out every second Sunday.  The first set of signups were sent out yesterday.

 Note: A  4.0/4.5+ co-ed round robin has been added for Fridays. Players who sign up for the first round robin @ 11:00 should not sign up for the second round robin at 1:00.

· Each round robin will have a maximum of 18 players.  17 players will be able to sign up for each round robin and one spot will be reserved for the captain.

· If you don't get "in" a round robin, please do not show up to play. 

· The club will operate on 4 courts at Crescent Park (Monday-Friday) and 4 courts at Greenaway (Saturday & Sunday). Our courts at Crescent at 3,4,5,6. Our courts at Greenaway are #5,6,7,8

· The round robins have been set up on SignupGenius, so please make sure you have an account.  If you don't have an account, you will not be able to sign.

· The email you use to sign up for SignupGenius (SUG) MUSTbe the same email used to register for Heavy Dinkers PBC. 

· The HDPC board highly recommends members wear eyewear (sunglasses or safety glasses) for all members.  Safety glasses (less than $20) could save a serious eye injury.  Pickleball Canada is asking all club presidents to spread the word and strongly encourage members to keep their eyes protected. 

· When you sign up on SUG you will see the contact information for the captain for each session.  If you are a last-minute cancellation, or are unsure of the weather, please contact the captain.  

· Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.  The captains will need help carrying out equipment from the container to the courts.  

· Reminder:  Only HDPC members are allowed at club sponsored round robins.  There are no guest passes at this time.

· Captains will not allow players who are not HDPC members to play during club round robins.
